Cancellation Procedure – In case if we receive a cancellation mail after the respective order has already been “proceeded” by the retailer, the order cannot be called off. GOLFTECH has the complete authority to decide whether an order stands cancelled or not. Its better when the customer agrees not to debate the decision taken by GOLFTECH and welcome the decision taken regarding the cancellation.

A customer can also send us the ware via courier or in the form of parcel post for keeping a record. GOLFTECH.in does not take any management for compensation if exchanged parcels are lost, stolen, mishandled or misplaced, we do not refund shipping or insurance charges.
