Your order for purchase adds up to your offer which shall be subjected to the terms and condition as noted below. GOLFTECH has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any particular reason,
Therefore, we request you to read carefully these terms and conditions before you access the GOLFTECH.in site.
With all our endeavour, we tried our best to apparently display the actual colour of our products which are displayed on our website page. However, the actual colour will mostly depend on the device’s display, which you are using. And the accuracy of your device’s screen’s display cannot be guaranteed by us.
The respected user/ customer should certify that he / she falls under the adult group or at least be 18 years of age, or should have the consent and prove of a parent or legal guardian
GOLFTECH will not be responsible for any destruction undergone by the customers from use of service on GOLFTECH.in. This without limitation includes loss of revenue, missed deliveries, service interruption. This refusal of responsibility also applies to any damages or injuries caused by any failure or negligence, error or omission, delay in operation or transition, computer viruses or computer network failure, alternation or use of record, whether for breach of contract or under any other cause of action.
GOLFTECH.in will eagerly take all responsibility of your order, if the order has been shipped to any of the crucial cities, where our retailers access” Private Courier Companies” (e. g. Fed Ex, First Flight, etc.) to ship your order.
The price tags and handiness of the products are concern to experience a change without previous notice at the sole preference of GOLFTECH.
Request for the reversal of orders once confirmed on GOLFTECH.in shall not be granted.
OurGOLFTECH.in set asides the right to deny or cancel any order placed for a product that is registered at an incorrect amount of any other recorded reason. Not with standing the order has been confirmed and /or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be notified.
If a non-delivery or late -delivery product case occurs due to incomplete delivery information procedure or mistake of the customer's side, or recipient not available, under such circumstances the extra amount shall be claimed from the respective customer who has placed the order.Government. We are unable to detect or predict the charges of different shipping, whether free or charged with a reasonable amount. In case of withholding, either the Good’s cost or the service charge for the return procedure will be claimed.
The user should agree to give accurate, genuine and real information. GOLFTECH.in reserves the right to verify the information collected and the other details provided by the user at any moment of time. If in such case any user details don’t not match or are found to be wholly or partly true, GOLFTECH has the sole right to reject the registration and ban the user from using the GOLFTECH service without prior notice.
GOLFTECH will not be responsible for any kind of credit card or debit card fraud or cyber bullying. The pros and cons of using a card should be the responsibility of the user himself / herself respectively. The user must individually use his / her card on the site.
GOLFTECH shall not consider any complaints after 15 days of the order being delivered.
The orders cannot be reached to PO boxes or to military addresses. Pastoral domestic addresses will require more than one additional days to deliver. Orders including etching or special customisation will require more time.
For deliveries outside Patna, the other states may cost an OCTROI Duty above the price of an Item. These extra shipping charges are not within our hands and cannot be compensated. Local customers themselves are responsible for any OCTROI duty charged by your own State
International Shipping – As of this moment, we do not offer any International Shipping.
Tracking – An email consisting information regarding your package and delivery will be sent to you at the time of setting out your order for delivery. Please mail us at golftech.in@yahoo.com in case of any queries. To dismiss your order, you will have to contact our Customer Support team by sending an email to golftech.in@yahoo.com by mentioning your order number.
If a non-delivery or late delivery takes place due to a user’s mistake i. e, wrong or incomplete name, address, insufficient required personal information, recipient not available, etc. the extra cost and fair undergone by GOLFTECH for re-delivery shall be claimed by the user.
Items mutilated in shipping process-
GOLFTECH.in is not to be held responsible for items lost and damaged in shipping. Although all packages are guaranteed and secured, if your Item is misplaced or harmed, please get along with the Item along with the original packaging and mail us at golftech.in@yahoo.com .We will contact the courier services on your behalf with all responsibility and care ,and file an insurance profess. Once the courier company has accepted and paid the claim to our firm GOLFTECH, we will forward the relevant amount to you soonest. (note please: Original insurance charge is not refundable.)
