GOLFTECH has the complete authority to decide whether an order stands cancelled or not. Its better when the customer agrees not to debate the decision taken by GOLFTECH and welcome the decision taken regarding the cancellation.

GOLFTECH has the complete right to refuse an order placed for a particular product that is registered at an incorrect price or any other unfulfilled credential’s. Nevertheless, the order has been confirmed or even if the payment has been received. It’s guaranteed that the payment shall be refundable and the user will be correctly notified.

Products except books and stationery accessories can be altered within 7 days of the delivered order, excluding the cases –

• When the seal of the Item is unfolded, used or tampered.
• An Item won’t be altered if it is not returned the exact way it was received by the customer.
• Any Item encountered in a damaged condition won’t be taken back and granted a new one in return by GOLFTECH.

We make vigorous efforts to ensure you and take best care so that the items delivered to you are in best of its condition and state -

However, there is a distant likelihood that:

1. The Item may unknowingly undergo damage, a damage during the transport process.
2. There might occur a manufacturing defect.

Only in such cases, the above-mentioned ones, we will take the responsibility and alter the items with no extra charges, provided that the appeal for replacing the Item is made within the suitable time period as mentioned. To replace your order, email us your respective order number and the cause of your return. Only after we confirm your return request, then only you are supposed to send the Item back to us for an exchange. We will then discuss about the replacement with our organization. Repay policy of GOLFTECH.in– In case of inaccessible products or service problem:

If the Item given for replacement is currently not available, we will try our best to give you the most related possible suitable substitute or an alternative, but at the end choice of the customer will be worshiped.

The customer is refunded with his / her payment if demanded when the order of the product is confirmed by us and the product is not shipped or reached to the customer on time.

Repay policy of GOLFTECH.in– In case of inaccessible products or service problem:

For courier services if the delivery location is outside the service area, then 100% refund will be given to the customer.

Refund to be sorted within 7-10 days after collecting the return product via bank transfer and cheque.

In case of cancelation and short deliveries of items we will begin refund or store credit.

In case of dismissal of order by the respective customer:

Before forwarding the order for dispatch – we will initiate the refund credit after considering the payment for gateway charges (if the customer cancels the order within 24 hours)

After forwarding the order for dispatch – we will initiate the refund credit after considering the shipping costs +payment gateway charges.

Shipping wares to GOLFTECH for Replacement: GOLFTECH has tie-ups with organization partners who works specifically on alternative organizations. Customer can reach us on golftech.in@yahoo.com and our customer support team will start a reverse pickup for you. A customer can also send us the ware via courier or in the form of parcel post for keeping a record. GOLFTECH.in does not take any management for compensation if exchanged parcels are lost, stolen, mishandled or misplaced, we do not refund shipping or insurance charges.
